We moved our entire short term portfolio across to Dial Direct one year ago as they have us the best premium. This month, after one year, our premium increased with almost 20%. I called Dial Direct to query this as this is exceptionally high and not acceptable, and they have offered us a discount to retain us, which I am happy with.
