I noticed that I had a credit balance on a credit card and contacted to call centre. I was told to write an email to request a refund, which I did on 18 February 2013. I received a response to state the matter had been sent to Credit Recoveries Legal department. Having received no response, I sent a further email to the call centre and the Credit Recoveries Legal department on 26 February 2013. To date neither has my email been acknowledged nor has any refund been made.
