Had a life policy with Hollard for my father-in-law who passed on. In Oct 2012, Hollard sent me correspondence with all payout amounts. They underpaid in accordance with the aforesaid details in March 2013.

I have called them on numerous occasions and they've been telling they'll respond in 24 hours. This has been going on for 5 months. Is Hollard a credible company as I have heard some stories about them? My main concern is that I have other policies and fear similar problems may occur hence I would like to know if I should jump ship now to a more credible company as my next of kin may suffer because of their activities.
