Accounts is useless

RCS has been phoning me since January 2013 to say they have not received any payments from my side.
i am fed up with the accounts department because we have been sending them proof of payments via email/faxing and we have corrected the account that is in my name. they are all useless and don't know what they are doing in that department. every time i ask them that i want to talk to a manager they don't want to help me with it. if u cant do anything to tell them to make a point of placing people that knows what they are doing then they are going to lose alot of clients and the company will lose it all. I don't want any persone phoneing me eccept a mannager.

This is not the first time this happens. It happens all the time because no one knows how to handle any payments. I say they have alot of account ladies that doesnt know how accounts work. If this continues i will take the next leagal steps.

I DON'T want to speak to 10 diffrent people in one week. I NEED one persone to help me in my problems
i've got all proof of payments and if they dont start working on their staff i will personaly take it furthe
