HOME LOANS: Unable to do a basic closure

I am trying my absolute best to close my bond account.

I paid it off completely on 17 Dec 2012 (last year) and HOME LOANS mentioned that
it would take max 6 weeks to finalise & release my TITLE DEED.
It has now been nearly 13 weeks & NOTHING!
I do not see why it is so hard for HOME LOANS or LEGAL or whoever to sort this matter out & release the TITLE DEEDS to me or my lawyer.

I have called & emailed numerous times & so have my lawyers & NO ONE reaches us. No one even calls or emails to say they are following up.

Ive emailed, faxed all relevant documentation but yet NOTHING!!!

I have put a complaint in with STD BANK COMPLAINTS & no one has gotten back to me, if i do not hear back within a week im considering the NCR.

I used to have all my accounts with Standard Bank but within this year
have moved them all across to FNB, due to this service.

PLEASE REPLY ASAP with a solution
