They "misallocate" or "lose" payments!

I have had endless problems for months on end, hand have been left with a cut of service at the most inopportune times, despite their numerous promises that they have now resolved my account and all is settled.
For months on end I never received invoices. I would then phone them, get the outstanding amount, and just pay it.
Then suddenly they started "Not receiving" payments, and I would get threatening smses. I would have to go and use someone else;s phone, explain, beg, be nice, and the service would be reinstated.
This has now been ongoing for months and has cost me thousands of rand to get this resolved.
Now they are willing to "credit my account" with R1090, but they still have not found a payment of R2050 that was made, in other words their incompetence is now costing me a FURTHER R1 000!
EVERY month, they cut or threaten to cut my service, I phone, scream and shout, send them proof of payments, and then the service is not cut. Till next week, then we go through the same again.
I suspect that they have allocated my payments to their friends' accounts.
