HARASSMENT FROM ADT ACCOUNTS

ADT Accounts department has been harassing me for the last 8-10months regarding my ADT account. ADT is phoning me or sending emails/sms's saying I owe them R929.23 for outstanding months. I have forwarded all the proof of payments to whoever has phoned me saying I owe ADT that amount. I have forwarded proof of payments to:

[Email Removed] on the 05/09/2012
[Email Removed] on the 26/11/2012
[Email Removed] 24/01/2013

I do not know how ADT cannot reconcile the accounts correctly? I am tired of explaining and forwarding the proof of payments to them.

I have also written to [URL Removed] on the 2/11/2012

Please help me, this harassment is getting out of hand.
