Nashuamobile "misallocate" and "loose" my payments

I have had endless and ongoing problems with payments "not received", wrongly allocated, despite proof of payments being emailed to them over and over.
Nashua Mobile has left me in the lurch at the worst possible moments while I was totally stranded. It has cost me thousands of rands to try to get them to just find the payments I have made, allocate to my account, and stop harassing me with smses and cutting my phone off for no reason.
I have begged, cried, screamed, cursed, slammed the table, NOTHING works. They are unable to process the monthly payments correctly.
I have resorted to every month phoning them, getting the amount, paying it, yet NOTHING helps. A week later, I get the sms they are going to cut off my phone, I phone their EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE 0861 412 412 number, and the whole process of emailing proof of payments start all over.
NOW they are willing to just "credit" my account with an amount of R1090, which will then "settle" the situation, however they still ignore a payment of R2050 that was made, and I just have to lose that money.
I think they are allocating payments to their friends and family's accounts, and the say that we have not paid our account.
