I called in to lodge a claim, submitted documents as per requirement and guess what? Promise to finalize claim today, called to find status, and promise to call back, I called @ 5, the agent left, no team leader or manager to talk to, what kind of call centre? two people promise to call back and the last agent nomfumdo unfriendly and rude @ her best level! What's the service level agreement?
