Submitted claim 6 months ago car not fixed

My car was involved in the hail storm in October.
i have been following up every month but nothing ever gets done. They keep telling me the panel beaters must call me and nothing happens. They never even follow up.

I got a call from an iwyze agent on the 27th and i was told they found space for me at Freds auto body in Germiston.
He then told me he would confirm and call me back so i can take my car in on the 02-04-2013
I am still waiting for the call so i can take my car in.
I then email the lady working on my claim EMily on the 03-04-2013 she never responded, i then called today and i was told she is out on lunch and she is the only one who kows whats going on with my claim.

I regret ever taking a policy with IWYZE and i will tell everyone i know about their service and to never do bsiness with them.
