A damage claim was called in to Budget business insurance on 14 December, on Wednesday 18 December i had received the quote and documents from my computer people here in town that was requested, i had sent Mirriam the documents without any success of feedback, on Thursday the 19th i had called in to find out about the claim i was told the documents i had faxed to Mirriam were never received, i then sent it to the consultant assisting me Vusmusi via email, Monday i called in to get the status of the claim, i was told that it was being handled and should have outcome Tuesday 24th, today 27th December i called in 2 times sent my documents to Naseem and was told my documents were still outstanding, i called to find out if it had been received but non the less still no contact from Mirriam, consultants would send her the documents to complete, i called in again earlier at 1pm 27th i still have no luck with getting hold of Mirriam or status of my claim and was asked to call back as the consultant was unable to check the status of my claim or help me, i would like to know if this is the level of service we should expect from your company? Each day we loose business due to the damages
