I was involved in an accident on the 8th and called Mi-Way to have my car towed to the Danmar assessment centre. I was told on that night that my car would be assessed the next day and that i would be given feedback. That did not take place and i even had to call them to find out the status of my claim. I was told that there was no claim on the system and that i had to submit a claim before the car could be see too. Had i not called and waited on them to follow through their promise no one would have called me. On the 9th I spoke to Warren and he told me that it would take 3 to 4 days for them to send someone to my claim and up to now i have not received feedback regarding the status of my claim. They are so quick to be increasing my instalment but could care less about their clients and doing what they are paid to. It is not "MI WAY" as they say but "their way". I have been left inconvenienced for over a week, arriving at work and home late daily and to this day i do not know how long it will take before i can get my car back. I am utterly upset and dissapointed at the lack of reaction i am receiving from Mi-way and that their lack of prompttness and customer service has let me down.
