HI All

I called the Woolworths Cellphone insurance department this morning, i was transferred 10 times before getting to the correct department, . Nobody knew the number and this was frustrating.

Once i did the claim for my cellphone on the phone, i was advised that a call centre agent would contact me within the week to finalize claim etc (since i was advice that i could listern to my voice recording till today still waiting as i was tranfer to the manager by the name of Constance Selebe and she never come back to me as promise by 12:00 today... am wondering what kind of Manager you have making promoses that they cant keep but you guys a fast to deduct my money end of the month. This is unacceptable as my policy says that my phone should be replaced within 24 hours/ and i can get the receording when i was inform that i am going to pay in R1017.00 for upfront... which no one told me about it..

If you cannot replace my phone within 24 hours nor refund me, please pay me out so i can go and buy a new one.
