Iwyze has chosen a cash in lieu settlement without providing me with an option. Bascially they absolve themselves from the claim and leave me to make my own arrangements. This is not what I pay R1200 a month for and am upset that this is so. When I called your call centre, you can never get any feedbck from the consultants that resolve my issue. In fact, either the call cuts and no one calls back or you get a promise to call back but that never materialises. For some reason, my claim seems to be mixed up with someone elses - there are notes on the account indicating that i called in and reported that my car is left unattended at the panelbeater. This is hogwash because the notes refer to a she when I am a he and my car is still in my possession waiting for your agent to call me. The agent, Pretty Ntekane Moeng, responds to my mail addressing the other persons mixed up issue. In fact, in her emails to me she basically insists that I sign the cash in lieu to proceed further. She also keeps saying in the email that she has discussed this with me- never in my life have I spoken to her. Iwyze needs to take ownership, arrange for my vehicle to be fixed plus arrange my car hire immediately
