I am very disappointing and highly upset with IWYZE's pathetic service. there is honestly no other word to describe it. when it comes to signing up new insurance application they are very quick and have no hassles and require no additional documents, but the moment you claim for something they promise you a TAT time of 72 hours for resolutions, which is absolutely the biggest lie. last week my laptop got out of my vehicle along with my gym bag that had clothing in, my ID and important personal documents. obviously this inconvenienced my life. i immediately went to the police station, contacted iwyze did everything i was suppose to, emailed them all the documents they required. each day i had to call them and each day they would need something different, and Sandra who is dealing with my claim always promises to call back, but never does, for seven days straight this went on... and each time i ask to speak to a manager he always seems to be "in a meeting"... is this how you value your customers??? yesterday i spoke to a gentleman who claim to be a team leader and promising the claim will be completely resolved by 12 today and is still not. I AM DONE WITH IWYZE!
