CREDIT RATING

First i had problems the whole morning logging into my profile. Then when I finally could login i saw my credit rating had dropped. Been a loyal customer for alnost a year with a boodle rating of 5 stars due to the fact that I pay my loans on timem actually before the due date which means I make an early settlement and ALWAYS in credit with Boodle as I pay more than my actually loan. Now when i try and apply they tell me from borrowing R8000 to only been qualified for R2500 how did this happen and also the amazing thing is that boodle automatically is calculating my expenses of R23K where and how did you get this figure I have no idea what system you running but this is as you are messing aroung with mine expense as I have called and checked my ITC and there is nothing indicating expense or debt to that amount under my name orID number. I applied with Wonga and amazing I have been given even more credit. Just to let your company know I will never recommend your services to anyone as no one can even explain what is going with my acc and how my rating has dropped as I thought paying back on time should increase your rating... Pathectic service losing a loyal client
