Boodle
TOO MUCH MONEY DEDUCTED AND NOT REFUNDED

I took out a loan from Boodle but could not pay it immediately because I was out of a job for 2 months. Loan Number 842659.

A person from Boodle, by the name of Sabelo Mthembu contacted me and I explained that I got a job but is only starting on the 17th of July so my salary will not be a full one. She then asked me if it will be okay if they deducted half of what I owe at the end of July and the rest at end of August and I said that I would appreciate it if they would be able to do that.

Not only did they take the full amount (which is what I owe them so I can't actually complain about that), but they took interest (which I was informed about in advance) but another extra R993.93. If I log into my account on their site, it shows -R993.93 which is owed to me!

I have completed refund requests online, sent e-mails, phoned with just a tape playing forever and to no avail!

My car is empty and standing about 7km from where I work, which means that I obviously had to walk the extra distance and they don't seem to have a care in the world! Can you please help as there is no way of getting my kids or to home this afternoon???
