Payment requested for loan not received

I applied for a loan on line and did not receive any monies as of today... i called the boodle call centre and no one has gotten back to me..this know badly reflects on my ITC i need you guys to please get back to me asap..
you need to clear this record as of that account money was transfered to is closed. I did send boodle and email as well but no response from them on the 11/01/2013 up till date and no response.
