Boodle
On my ID number and no help from BOODLE

I keep on receiving sms from boodle that I have not paid my account while I never made one loan with them.
And when I call they say the account has been settled and this happens each and every month, I want to put a stop to it today.
When I called the customer support today the agents were useless and kept on putting me on hold and transferring me, one of the useless agents are Mpho and her called supervisor Dolly.

All I want is help from someone at Boodle to make sure that no one ever makes a loan on my ID number ever again. I just need them to put on their system that this ID number can't receive loans from them ever again.
I have to waste my time and money and go open a case and do all of those things while they can just make sure that its burdened or whatever from their systems.

I need this done asap before this person makes a big loan and does not pay it. I need this sort please because it is seriously effecting me.
