I am extremely upset. I made an EFT payment on Tuesday, 28 January 2014 to Boodle in order to settle my loan in full and earlier than the expected due date. I submitted my Proof of Payment but to date the payment has not been allocated which now has resulted in my accounting reflecting as overdue with additional interest being charged. I have written numerous emails and made phonecalls but no-one seems to be assisting, they just passing the buck. Due to the overdue status am I know receiving emails and sms' from Boodle informing me that my account is overdue and I'm in breach of my loan agreement and that my credit profile will be negatively impacted. I have even lodged a complaint with the MFSA, NCR and ombusman, but it seems like no-one is really interested in resolving the matter.
