Credit bureau update

I had a loan with Boodle taken on November 26 last year, its still has not updated on the credit bureau, i sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 31 January 2013 requesting update and it still didn't happen, i also sent another one on the 24 Feb, and on the 26 March still with no response and still showing am owing, and the second loan with them taken March 01, still shows am owing thou i have paid up, so on the Credit Bureau it showed that am owing boodle 6200 in total while am not owing and that its increase my monthly exposure to the Credit Bureau and its false cause the loan was only for one month.

I can be happy if all my loans (3 can be updated as paid up and closed) not open as they show to have a active monthyl instalment
