I had an accident on the 08/02/2013 until today 04/03/2013 there has been no progress on my claim, the last time i spoke to my consultant was the week of and after my accident since then i have been having to phone back and ask what is happening, and the consultant is either not there or unavailable.. i find this very un professional that i have had to sit without a car for a month cause outsurance has been messing me around and cause there assesors dont assess damage correctly if everything had been done properly the first time i would not still be sitting without a car still.. this is not bending over backwards for ur clients...
