Disappointing Claim Service

It's really disappointing to get the service I'm receiving for my first claim through Outsurance. Outsurance preaches about bending over backwards for their customers yet I don't see that being done! I have logged a claim for a minor accident which was been approved and my car is now sitting with an Outsurance approved panelbeater since the 13 March 2013. I did not receive any feedback on progress from the panelbeater or Outsurance until I called on the 05 April. Now I have been told that there is a delay and my car will not be ready until the parts have been received on the 17 April 2013. I ask the question as to what the delay was and no responses received from Outsurance. The response I got was "that's how it is and there is nothing I can do". I'm currently using a rental car which let me say I pay for on a monthly basis which expires on the 12 April 2013. I don't forsee my car been ready within the 30 days rental agreement and what must I then do!!! I just spoke to a claim manager who can't even assist in providing a solution. I have logged so many complaints on the Outsurance website and still have not yet received any responses. So much for bending over backwards!!!
