Budget Rejects my Claim for being Human

I had taken out an insurance on my Car - Velociti Golf which started February 2012, with deep regret my vehicle was on 27 Feb 2013. i was told that my claim has been rejected.
The reason for the rejected claim was that my overnight parking changed (Absolute Rubbish). On the night of the my car had parked on the street. A cul de sac with 2 manned guards (1 way in 1 way out) I am human came late the night and taken medication and fell off to sleep without pulling the car into the garage (I am Human).
This is a misleading factor from Budget Insurance, I know my rights as per the CPA law. Should I not get proper assistance with this i will take this matter to the Ombudsmen for Insurance claims, Not being provided clarity on these terms and conditions when signing up and in the contracts provided. I was very surprised at the reason for rejecting my claim as i did not know that being human had any impact on claims with my current insurance and also that if for one night u park outside on the street with manned guards your insurance doesn't cover you. WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED HAD MY CAR GOT ELSEWHERE OUTSIDE. You look for any reason not to pay...
