INSURANCE THAT LEAVES YOU STRANDED

I have five cars insured with budget and this is the kid of service they give:

I received a call notifying me that 15 days courtesy car hire is due and therefore have to return the car immediately to them. According to the information I received from budget initially was that the repairs to the car will be completed in 15 days if there were no complications found during the repair. I did not receive any courtesy call notifying me of the complication and hence I assumed that there weren't any complications found. but still the car is not ready in 15 days and this directly points to inefficiency and failure to complete job within the specified time. When I questioned their inefficiency, I was threatened that if I don't return the car i would be reported to the South Africa Police Services for the car. So now im regarded as a criminal by my service provider. I am now regarded as a criminal meanwhile i am a director of my own company and i have FIVE (5) cars insured with them. I am a very busy person and having to deal with such is Totally Unacceptable!!
