Paying Absa Insurance tobe treated like a criminal

Not only did I have to suffer the traumatic experience of being hijacked and taken hostage now I have to be treated like a criminal by Absa insurance. They claim to be investigating the matter however all they do is prey into your personal life and treat you as if you orchestrated the entire event, as if you put yourself through something this traumatic. When they sign you up as a client they don't let you know anywhere in the entire policy that they will be requiring you to supply them with itemised billing on your cellphone, they don't advise you that you will be made to jump through hoops to get your claim sorted. Neither do they make mention of the fact that they will drag out the investigation as long as they see fit by requesting various bits of information at various intervals, they will not request all of the required information at the beginning of the claim they will rather wait as soon as you have supplied what was requested then they will turn around and say no now we need this as well. And when asked for answers in and around your claim they are unable to provide you with any information. So the monthly premium that is paid is for them to treat you as a criminal.
