PATETIC TREATMENT

I Was unfourtunate enough to have made an accident with in the first month of being with Outsurance. Now because it was late on a Friday night i am being treated like a criminal being put under investigation. And the company that they have assigned for the investigation SIAS contact person Bonga Zondi has been questioning all the parties involved an now making up stories about what the parties has said to confuse me. I did not ask to make an accident and the unprofessional manner that stories has been made up to put me in a bad light is not appreciated. I have a track record of 8 years with my previous insurance company. And they can confirm that it is not in my nature to make accidents but i swerved out for a pedestrian i am been made out as a criminal. If i knew that Outsurance is going to be this patetic when it come out to paying out claims i would have sticked to Budget, but because i was told that Outsurance is customer satisfaction driven i moved for R20 cheaper and a of all of. I would not recommend OUTSURANCE to anyone.
