Unreliable Service Delivery

On the 16 of February, we had an accident as we bumped the car, We then reported the issue and then that is where the problem started. We called almost everyday and we were not helped from there on and i logged a complaint and nothing helped. I was promised an assessor and no assessor came to my rescue. I was just told about system being down and nothing else and when i asked about plan B, i was told there is no such thing. The last time i heard from them was Julie-Ann Van Niekerk was going to report my issue with management and that was the end of it. I demand service from them.
