On the 05 March 2013 I wrote a report about the bad service and response I received from Indwe Risk Services in Durban, Kwazulu Natal. On the 06 March 2013 I received a call from Indwe Risk service, Gauteng, by a lady by the name of Julie Van Niekerk who asked me to email her all relevant documentation so that she could follow up on my matter regarding the non payment of my policy. I was informed by Julie that my files regarding my policy could not be located at their Durban Branch and she asked for my assistance to forward her whatever documents that I have in my possession. On the 13 March 2013 I received an email from Julie van Niekerk telling me that all documentation was forwarded to all the relevant parties and that I should put my complaint in writing and email through to her so that they have my complaint in writing, which I willing did. To date I have received no response whatsoever. I have left Julie Van Niekerk a couple of emails to follow up on the progress of my complaint and if they have come to any resolution, but to no avail, only to receive an email from Arisha Gangen, Durban Branch, to refund me now of my premiums already paid to them last year.
