On the 27th of August 2012 i sent a request to cancel my life policy, i got a response to say my massage was sent to some one to attend to my query, well needless to say they carried on debiting my account until February 2013, all of the payments went through as unpaid but there was one or 2 payments that did go through, on the Tuesday the 12th of February 2013 i printed the e-mail i sent back then in 2012 aswell as a bank statement to show them it did go off. i went to the offices, a advisor with the name of Garth in the life RETENTIONS department came down to assist me, where he showed me the policy had been canceled. fine, he promised to come back to me the same day with the refund of unpaid debit ordersand the payments that did go off, welll its almost a week, no call from the advisor aswell as no refund, it cost me R5.00 for the unpaid debit order and R9.35 for the transaction. so its R14.35 per transaction that did not go through, and also the payment that did, we calculated the refund on R350.00 /-. i want my money back ASAP currently its by OUTsurance... they are a bunch of
