Claim taking more than 3 months to be paid

My car got involved in an accident on the 20/11/2012 and I submitted my claim on the 22/11/2012. It took more than a month for the assessor to provide a report. From the assessor's report it was concluded that my is a write off.
It is now the 30/01/2013 and my car has still not been settled with the bank. I will now be paying a third instalment for a written off car, not to mention that indwe themselves still debited my account for the monthly premium for the car.
