I have an existing claim with Indwe Risk Management (now going on 3 weeks). During this time I have made several calls to the call centre, starting with the day of the accident. The call centre agent spoke with the towing company, on my phone, at the accident - the vehicle was towed to the wrong place. I followed up daily - 1) my vehicle was 'misplaced' for days - they had to 'search' for it; 2) the assessor assigned wasn't available for days and a reassigned assessor wasn't assigned until I complained. Week 2, after my constant calling, it was confirmed that my vehicle had been found and confirmed written off. It is now week 3; I have not received a single call from Indwe Risk Management. I have sent e-mails and have 'attempted' to contact them via telephone, but after 10 minutes of 'on hold music' yesterday and 11 minutes of 'on hold music' today, both instances before even speaking to a consultant... I have given up. My struggle continues. My debit orders go off without fail every month. Is it too much to ask to now receive the service which I had been paying for for roughly 4 years?
