Outsurance
No response to urgent claim

My garage roof has been damaged badly due to a fallen branch last weekend. I called outsurance to urgently come and get this resolved on Monday. Since the first assessment on wednesday I have received no further feedback and subsequently it has rained and flooded the garage which is full of antique furniture tools and equipment which are now getting ruined. I'm yet to hear a response on when & how this will be repaired??? The situation is urgent as the claim is going to be significantly higher than it should have been originally!! Still waiting...
