I had a household incident yesterday whereby it involved my pets resulting in damaged equipment. I called OUTSurance and explained my situation and Gerald was the consulting agent who took my call at the time, he was very professional and helpful. I have existing household cover and was not sure if they would assist me due to the nature of the claim. He logged a claim for me and spoke to his manager Lerato. I must say that I am very happy to be with OUTSurance as in a matter of few hours they assisted me and resolved the claim.
