WHY AM I INSURED WITH OUTSURANCE???

I registered a claim yesterday morning due to the fact that I was in a car accident at about 07:00 the same day. My car was towed in only at about 14:30, and I am still waiting for a assessor to call me to let me know whether or not he has assessed my vehicle and whether my claim is approved??? I am paying for a courtesy car but I am still waiting for one... I was given a guarantee that I will receive my vehicle at about 15:30 which did not materialise!!! One of the excuses given for the poor service/delay was the fact that it rained a lot the past weekend which accordingly caused many claims... My question is why am I insured with someone who cannot make provision for instances as alleged??? Furthermore, why am I insured with someone who CANNOT prevent more prejudice suffered, but merely causes more!!! I am utterly unhappy and very very disappointed!! It is my view that Outsurance was suppose to keep my prejudice suffered to a minimum as that is why I am paying so much for insurance and if they can't even do that, then why am I then insured with Outsurance??
