Bad service, no feedback on claim submitted

My roof and Electric fence was damaged by hail and storm on the 28/12/2013. I have submitted the claim with OOBA, They have sent the supplier to come and assess the damaged which he did, a week later i have not received any feedback from them, I have been calling on a daily basis to request feedback as it keeps on raining daily as i am scared that my roof will be more damaged, They keep on telling me that they are waiting for feedback from the supplier, I personally phone the supplier on friday to ask him to submit feedback, he informed me that feedback was submitted the same day the assessment was done. I got my supplier to fix my electric fence as i was given authorisation to go ahead by Gift, I phoned for the email adress to submit the invoice and the report, incorrect email adress was given, cause none of them goes through. i would like an urgent feedback on on my claims and also a refund for the payment done to the electrician. an urgent feedback will be highly appreciated on this
