I recently had a burglary at my property and a large amount of power tools and other items were from my garage (while I was at home).

When I logged the case with the Outsurance call centre I was quite surprised with the efficiency and empathy with which they handled my claim. Then the assessor, Mr S Rademeyer visited my property and impressed me even more with his professional and caring attitude. He kept all his promises and provided regular feedback regarding the progress of the claim until it was honored.
