Poor service

Policy # 1338274, they are only willing to pay 2500 for a 6900 claim which is not even 50% of the claim, made an enquiry abt the step up policy, was told it was in arrears since I missed last year's July debit order which I wasn't made aware of at the time. What irritates me the most is the fact that they have been deducting money from my account all along, and only now when I need to make a claim they are telling me my account is in arrears!
