Policy cancelled & no claim bonus depleted

I am in the process of moving banks and FNB made the mistake of moving my debit orders too soon! I have instructed them and warned them that this will be an issue and I was ensured it wouldn't be!
Due to my FIRST FOR WOMEN policy debit order that didn't go through, they cancelled my policy (without notification) and my 3 year NO claim bonus was depleted! They have since reinstated my policy but NO one wants to get back to me with regards to my NO claim bonus! I have mailed them, asked to speak to a manager... several times... and still nothing! This is almost R15K of my money!!!
