I WANT MY MONEY!!!

I have transferred R20, 000 from my Absa cheque account on 25/02/2013 to an FNB cheque account, only to find out after I completed the transaction that the FNB account is closed.

I have spent over 15 minutes for someone to answer the 08600 08600 telephone number and still no response!!!

I was told by an Absa branch consultant that the money could take up to 7 days to bounce back into my account and to dispute this, I would need to contact the above telephone number again!
I don't think that telephone number is ficticious as nobody works behind those line!!!
I want my money NOW as it is the end of the month and I have bills to pay!!!
