Failure to process claim or respond to queries

I have made a claim in respect of certain items covered under my policy. The claim was faxed to SA Warranties on 25 June 2013, and receipt was acknowledged on 2 July 2013. Since then, I have phoned SA Warranties more than once and they have raised an issue concerning whether the amounts have already been paid out. I have confirmed to them that this is not the case and requested them to confirm internally, but they have never come back to me or returned any of my calls.

This is highly frustrating, as is their refusal to utilise email and to do everything over fax or telephone calls.
