AFTER HAVING ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH SA WARRANTIES, PRIOR TO WHICH I HAD ALMOST 4 YEARS OF PAYING FOR MY PAINTECH POLICY AND NO CLAIMS, I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE!!! WHY I ASK MYSELF, BECAUSE EVERYTIME I CALL I GET DIFFERENT INFORMATION. WHEN I TOOK THE PAINTECH POLICY I WAS TOLD R2500 PER CLAIM, NOW WHEN I CALL IT IS R2000 PER CLAIM, I ONLY RECEIVED THE POLICY WORDING ON 15/01/13 WHEN I TOOK THE POLICY IN AUGUST 2012. I WAS TOLD I CAN GO TO ANY PANELBEATER OF MY CHOICE, NOW IT IS I MUST GET 2 QUOTATIONS. EVERYTHING ALWAYS SOUND WONDERFUL DURING THE SALES PROCESS, BUT NOW THAT IT IS TIME TO CLAIM, THERE'S RED TAPE!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM CLAIMING AFTER PAYING FOR SO MANY YEARS, AND EVERYTIME I AM GIVEN INCORRECT INFORMATION!!! REALLY TIRED OF THIS BATTLE
