I urge consumer to stay away from this company. I first contacted them in December last year and handled by a consultant who could not verify the cost I would incur if I used a hired in an event of a claim. Recently in last two weeks, I asked for a proposal and was given a compititve proposal however the agent wanted me to accept the proposal prior to viewing the terms and conditions. I refused, and consulted their customer care. Customer care was full of apologies and got a team leader to contact me. After emailing the "team leader" earlier last week, I only get a call 4 days later. I informed the team leader last week Friday that I wanted to take out a policy. During the under writing phase I informed him that I was under debt review. he promised to call me back in 10 minutes to confirm the policy. After sending my banking details to them, 6 days ago and two emails later (including customer), no response. I urged people not to accept this sort of unproffessional approach from this company.
