I used to be a Standard Bank customer but am no longer.

On the 30/09 i went into the branch to query funds that might have been deposited into an account of mine which was closed. Was informed by a consultnat that her team leader 'Tessa' will get back to me before COB that day and heard nothing that day.

Went back on the 01/10 to query the exact same thing, and was informed by the same consultant that her team leader had check only then as the "branch was very busy" the day before. PATHETIC, for a team leader which has been elected to respresent a team of youngsters who follow her instruction!

I would appreciate an apology for the bad attitude she extended, being a representative of STD Bank LTD. You need to think and reflect back on yuor customer service training it important in a customer face-to-face environment! (Even if i am not a standard bank customer, i could potentially have been one!!!)
