I must be honest and tell you that I am very disgruntled by this level of service.
1. I was not contacted and notified that the documents were delivered then returned back to MFC
2. I was not kept in the loop because of this misunderstanding.
3. Why must I always email your company?
4. Check the history of me communicating with your company via email regarding these documents.
5. If I had mist payment I would have been contacted the next day after you not receiving payment
It's just annoying that every time some else emails me and that there's no dedicated person from start to finish.
How would I have know that the documents were returned to filing if I didn't send an email yesterday?
