Forced deduction on my account

An agent from this institution called me to offer a quote for my bike, I considered it until I found out that they would charge me "admin fee" if I go ahead with the insurance. I then spoke to the insurance company they referred me to find out if it was worth it, only to find out that it was not ideal.
Since then, B sure Africa has deducted money from my account for a service I ended up not using.
Even after numerous conversations about me not wanting the insurance, they still went ahead and took money from my account. I am taking the matter further with the financial ombudsman so they can deal with these. You can "be sure" this will not end here.
