Utterly disgusting! BIKEFIN

My son had a bike that BANKFIN insured. I was paying the insurance every month off my account. When he got another bike, he phoned BANKFIN and told them to take it the R89.00 OFF his own account.(HAVE IT IN WRITTING) I in the meantime cancelled the first bike insurance without a problem in August 2011. So now in Feb 2013 I receive a email stating there wasnt any money in my account for the insurance to go off! I was dumfounded! How can they be taking off my account since August 2011 . I emailed Betsie Lubbe and Shanne Rossow that i want all my monies back they from me and all she could say that she has cancelled the insurance but i cannot get my money back! R1513 IS WHAT i HAVE PAID TO DATE AND THEY CANNOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK, personally I think they my money! How many other suckers have fallen prey to this disgusting company! Your company is on the list of Karma. She will be in town soon!
