The agent told me it was a deduction for a debit order which I authorized and referred me to the telephone banking department. Here I was told that the deduction was for an insurance policy and told me who the company was and I was told that I need to contact Gryphon insurance and enquire why they deducted. Horrified that my banking institution definitely did not believe me I tried to phone the insurance company on saturday but to no avail. On Monday I spoke with Tania from gryphon and she assisted me... Yes her collections file prooves the deduction was done in error! My concern is why did FNB not assist me, why did I have to pne around... See these reference nubers and listen to the pathetic service I recievedm RW13031613210 and RS1303183709... Your agent went as far as telling me that the bank only allowas deductions when I have given permission so this deduction must be on my instruction... I have never been this embarassed... imagine someone calling you a
