First For Women Insurance

Around the middle of April this year I needed to find car insurance as I had just purchased a new car, being below the age of 25, it was quiet difficult so I went onto the [URL Removed] site and was approved by First For Woman insurance for a substantially high amount but I had no choice and had to go ahead with them. I had a consultant call me and everything was approved over the phone and I was always under the impression that I was dealing directly with First For Woman. Then I noticed 2 debit orders go off my account for a company called "telesure" and then another 2 for First for woman insurance. This troubled me as I was in no position to afford all these unauthorized transactions going off my account so I decided to now shop around for a better deal on insurance and found 1 with another insurance company who were more than half the price lower than First for Woman. So I decided to cancel with First for Woman and sent an email back to the address which initially was corresponding with me, I got a response saying I will be contacted, then another amount went off my acc for "telesure" I hadn't been contacted so I decided to put a stop order on FFW. Yet I was debited by FFW today.
