Car finance - insurance deducted without permissio

This is unacceptable.. 2 years ago you excepted my request for car finance and this month you add on R600 for insurance without my consent.. you could not get hold of me telephonically and apparently sent a letter that i didnt recieve therefore just went ahead and added you own insurance on and deducted it from me accordingly.
How can you do that??? how is it possable to just add insurance without confirmation or a signature and deduct money out of my account.. when applying for insurance one needs to fill out forms and have witness signatures as well as my signature and you just added it without letting me know..
This is insane.. its not right and illigel.. I have a business account, personal account, credit card, car finance etc all through ABSA and i have been questions the extremely high fees of what you charge for simple things and now this... although a big effort.. i will change banks now.. Im finished with ABSA
